Old cars in first ownership
05/15/2012
They still exist, the old cars that are still in original ownership. Thank goodness. Like the Mercedes-Benz S-Class from the 1960s pictured here, which still serves its buyer well today.
The nice thing about first-owner vehicles is that the history is guaranteed to be complete, the receipts are usually in order and the maintenance has been carried out carefully, as there were never any plans to sell it at short notice. And if nothing bad has happened, the paintwork, interior and technology are also in their original condition. No restoration, no matter how good, can replace this. And the stories that the first owner can tell about the car are irreplaceable anyway.
The mature pair was on display at the DolderClassics on May 13, 2012. More pictures and background information can be found in a separate article.
