... and all labour expended on any such inspection or ether work must be paid for by the purchaser. The Company guarantee only those cars which are bought either direct from themselves or from one of their duly authorised distributors or agents, or through a bona fide motor agent who has been supplied by their authorised distri butor in his territory. This guarantee does not apply to tyres, batteries or other proprietary articles supplied with or as part of the car or to any components not manu factured by the Company or to the car body if not built and assembled on the chassis by the Company. (i.) This guarantee shall immediately/cease if :— (o) the car ceases to be owned by and in the possession and control of the purchaser. (fa) the car has at any time been so loaded that the total weight inclusive of passengers and luggage has exceeded 36 cwt. or the car has been used for towing. (c) the car has, without the written consent of the Company, (i.) been altered, dismantled or repaired otherwise than by the Company. (ii.) been fitted and run with wheels or rims other than those supplied as standard or with tyres other than those fitted as standard or offering identical characteristics of size and flexibility.
