Aesthetics of the ephemeral

He who rests, rusts, they say. Does what applies to people in a figurative sense also apply to automobile gems? In the sixties or seventies, it was said that some cars rusted in the showroom. But above all, they rusted while driving (and not while resting), when winter was still around, often with a heavy salt coating. In the case of Fiat, it was also due to Russian sheet metal that the communists sent to the Italian comrades. It is not known whether the resulting rust-red color was also to be interpreted politically.
This car, discovered on a bicycle tour in Seeland, is parked in a front garden in the countryside. There can be no more talk of resting. It has been abandoned forever. It is a car whose bodywork is extensively and homogeneously rusty. It almost looks as if it had been delivered as a special version from the factory. After all, architects today also use pre-rusted material, which is considered particularly stylish. But the picture of the whole car will only be available once you, dear reader, have guessed which car it is.
