Why does everyone only ever talk about famous movie cars? Even we have limited ourselves to the big screen in our car connoisseur quiz so far. Yet there were so many wonderful cars on television that often made a series worth watching in the first place. For example, there was this black Pontiac with the red running light at the front. Or the red Ferrari 308 with the dark moustache behind the wheel.
But if you are now expecting to be able to assign a worn-out Peugeot 403 or a black, red and gray GMC Vandura to the appropriate TV series, we have to disappoint you. That would be a bit too easy. We've picked out a few models that don't appear in every list of the ten greatest automotive TV stars of all time, but are probably still quite well-known. As usual, we are not working with still images from the respective series, but with press and brochure images from our archive: Motorization and equipment may vary. Would you like to give it a try?
