User tip: Newsletter suddenly gone - Why?

We are noticing that more and more Zwischengas readers are contacting us because they would obviously no longer receive the weekly review newsletter, but would certainly not have unsubscribed.
Anyone familiar with our newsletters knows that there is a link at the bottom to unsubscribe.
Unfortunately, there are "very clever" email programs that offer another link in addition to the existing "Unsubscribe" or "Unsubscribe" links in the form of a button or an additional link. That's nice, but unfortunately this link is so inconveniently placed that it's very easy to click on it unintentionally!
Here, for example, on the iPhone, the unsubscribe link is located directly on the "Back" button, so you have to type carefully to avoid clicking on "unsubscribe".
If you accidentally click on the link (even very lightly and briefly), you will no longer receive the newsletter, never again!
In Google mail, where you would expect an unfavorable placement at the bottom, it is also really badly implemented:
