It's a cliché: women are interested in shapes and color, but hardly in technology and mechanics. Like every cliché, this one has a certain amount of truth to it, but there are indeed women who can give many a man a lecture on how a petrol engine works or how a suspension construction works, and there are also women who can take a gearbox apart and put it back together again.
But whether the lady pictured above is one of them, despite her interested look into the engine compartment of the 1954 Jensen 541, is questionable.
