FROM MODENA The team of skilled craftsmen whose hands give birth to the Cizeta cannot do everything themselves. As in even the largest industrial companies, many materials and machining processes are provided by highly specialized firms mainly in and around Modena, the home of G.T. and Formula 1 cars. WHAT'S CHANGED FROM THE PROTOTYPE TWO YEARS OF TRIALS MORE THAN 75,000 KM PAINSTAKING RE-CHECKING The Cizeta V 16 T does not show many changes compared to the prototype given its world preview at Los Angeles in December 1988. But everything has been reconsidered, tested and checked over and over again. Claudio Zampolli, "driven" to throw himself into the splendid adventure of creating his own G.T. by his lifetime's passion, a G.T. technical expert and test driver for many years, travelled more than 75,000 km, above all in California's famous Death Valley, to perfect his G.T. before putting it into production. If many small improvements have been made to details, little or nothing has changed in the basic project. Confirmation of the quality of the original design, bom from the experience of Claudio Zampolli and the technical staff he chose to develop his idea. ...
