Trials are definitely an option for classic cars (question of the week)
Skill events, also known as "trials", are particularly popular with classic car drivers in England. In Germany, this type of event is rarely offered, although it can be a lot of fun, especially with pre-war vehicles. The aim is to master difficult terrain and difficult maneuvers with a great deal of driving skill.
We wanted to know whether local classic car drivers could imagine taking part in such trials and therefore posed a " question of the week" : "Would you like to take part in trials events with your classic car?"
Around half clearly said no, because their classic would be too much of a shame. However, almost 46% of respondents could definitely imagine doing so. Not quite half of those who agree are even very interested in this type of event, while the other half would only be prepared to do so if the strain on the car was low and there was no risk of damage.
A very small percentage (0.9%) already take part in such events today and for 2.6% none of the answers were suitable for their individual situation.
Graphically, the result looks like this:
The next "question of the week" has already been asked. It is: "Would you drive an electrified classic/young car?"
Of course, all previous "Questions of the Week"and their results can be viewed at any time on the dedicated topic channel.
