More and more car manufacturers are switching to electric cars. There is hardly a manufacturer that does not offer or plan at least one model. Some brands even want to do without combustion engines in just a few years. But will these electric cars one day become classics and collectors' vehicles? We wanted to find out from our readers as part of a " question of the week" .

While 40.9 percent cannot imagine that today's electric cars can become sufficiently old and at the same time deny them a soul, an equally large proportion, i.e. 40.9 percent again, believe that the rarer variants and versions could possibly have what it takes to become classics.
However, only 15.0 percent of readers are really sure. For them, it is clear that future generations will not know anything else anyway and will therefore not miss the combustion engine. This means that electric cars also have what it takes to become a classic.
