Anyone who doubted a few days ago whether the 2023 classic car season was finally over has certainly been proven wrong. Winter has arrived and with it (a lot of) snow, ice and salt on the roads. Most classic bikes will now be waiting for spring under a safe roof and dry.
But for some, this is not the case, as the Citroën HY in the picture above clearly shows. We saw it at the Zurich Christmas market near Bellevue.
After all, the classic commercial vehicle hardly has to drive through the salt-covered streets, but can wait stationary for the new classic car season 2024, which may well begin early. Although, perhaps it won't be that soon after all ... even if many of us would like to see an early start to the season.
