Parking fines have been part of everyday life for many decades, both here in Europe and in America. The Pontiac Firebird TransAm pictured here, which was still in its prime at the time, must also have been expecting an unpleasant demand for payment when he parked his car. However, the means of transportation used by the policeman to distribute the traffic fines was probably rather unusual: a horse. And it must have taken some skill not to fall off the horse when the fine was clamped on.
