In the "Kienle Automobiltechnik GmbH" case, the Ludwigsburg Local Court has imposed a "general prohibition on disposal" on managing director Klaus Kienle in order to prevent the financial situation from changing adversely until a decision is reached in this matter.
The power of administration and disposal over the assets of Kienle Automobiltechnik GmbH is thus transferred to the provisional insolvency administrator. Klaus Kienle is thus relieved of his powers as managing director and is no longer allowed to enter his company (for the time being).
