On the weekend of October 19-21, 2024, Messezentrum Salzburg was the first port of call for thousands of classic car enthusiasts at the Classic Expo. The 20th edition of the international classic car fair attracted around 23,000 visitors, proving that classic cars are still a hot commodity. Founder and scene insider Hermann Schwarz is delighted that he can continue to realize his greatest passion and life's work with Classic Expo.

RM/Sotheby’s has been organizing auctions in London since 2007. On November 1 and 2, 2024, üover 100 automobilia and 61 vehicles, including two 2-/3-wheelers, worth £33.6 million will go under the hammer. Almost 40% of the vehicles were sold without a reserve price. A Jaguar XKSS, an MG K3 and a Delahaye 135S are among the highlights. Restoration objects will also be auctioned.
50 years ago: Walter Röhrl and Jochen Berger become European Rally Champions

Exactly 50 years ago today, Walter Röhrl won his first major title: together with his co-driver Jochen Berger, he won the European Rally Championship on October 13, 1974 in the Opel Ascona – with the maximum achievable score of 120 points.
