RM/Sotheby's Hershey auction 2019 - almost only pre-war vehicles

On October 10 and 11, 2019, RM/Sotheby’s will auction 218 vehicles and some automobilia and toys in Hershey. The total value of the vehicles is estimated at USD 17 million, most of the cars will be auctioned without a minimum bid. They are almost exclusively pre-war models, some of which are even powered by steam or electricity.

It has been many years since Bonhams held a car auction in Switzerland. On Sunday, September 29, 2019, the time has come again and 74 vehicles, including three motorcycles, will go under the hammer at the Bonmont golf course near Geneva. There are new classics as well as classic cars and youngtimers looking for new owners. Even the super classics are not missing! The average age of the vehicles is 27 years, with an average value of CHF 485’000. However, almost 57 percent of the lots are being offered without a reserve price.
