After two years, a hill climb is taking place again in Altbüron! On August 16, 2015, the 7th hill climb for historic sports and racing cars will take place in Altbüron, Lucerne, Switzerland.
The new event is organized by the "Friends of the Altbüron Mountain Test" association.
Special theme Rolf Biland
This year is dedicated entirely to Rolf Biland, seven-time world champion in sidecar racing and also a successful car racer. His success story is unique and marked by many victories and triumphs.
Many of Biland's original racing carriages will be on display at the Altbüron hill climb and his career will be on show in an exhibition.
Interesting entries
In addition to Rolf Biland's 13 racing cars, an ex-Fredy Amweg Martini Formula 2 and two other exciting Formula 1 cars will also be on display. Fredy Amweg will also be presenting and driving his own Formula 2 car (Amweg-BMW AW 276). Marcel Fässler will also be present in Altbüron.
