This year's GP Furttal will take place on June 29 and 30, 2019 at Industrie Dällikon. On Saturday the voluntary Corso is on the program, classic cars that are 30 years old and older can participate.
The route starts in Dällikon, goes via Regensdorf via Buchs, Otelfingen, Hüttikon back towards Dällikon via Dänikon.
Pitches will be allocated from 12 noon, so early arrivals will be rewarded. The administrative and technical inspection of the paddock for Sunday will take place between 14:00 and 16:45.
Sunday is the day of the GP. Shortly before 8am, the obligatory drivers' briefing will take place and the track will be closed. Fields of 10 to 20 cars will be formed, each led by a powerful pace car. There will be a neutral zone on the route, where drivers are only allowed to drive at walking pace and slower vehicles will overtake the faster ones in a gentlemanly manner. The participants drive 4x15 min.
The 2.25 km long circuit-like route will be secured for racing and is located in the middle of the Dällikon industrial area. It will be dominated by long straights and many right-angled bends. It is important to note that there is no timekeeping and no ranking list. The vehicles do not have to be registered, pure racing cars are also allowed to take part.
