Bosch Hockenheim Historic 2012 - of dwarves, giants, fire and water
Summary
From April 13 to 15, 2012, the Bosch Hockenheim Historic took place with ten blocks of races ranging from Formula Junior to Formula 1 and from classic cars to youngtimers. Exciting racing action, beautiful vehicles and largely dry weather delighted the numerous spectators. This report summarizes the events and shows over 500 pictures of the event.

Anyone studying the program for this year's Bosch Hockenheim Historic had to look closely to spot any differences compared to last year. And anyone who consulted the weather forecast a few days beforehand had to worry about getting wet and freezing. But why it was still worth making the pilgrimage to the Hockenheimring - 21,500 spectators attended the event - was not only due to the much better weather, but also to the top-class racing action on offer in the various series. Although most of the racing series had already visited Hockenheim in 2011, the two Dutch series in particular offered new vehicles and a great variety. But more on that later.
