After 23 editions each year with Paris as the destination, the RAID SUISSE-PARIS will head for Brussels next August. "As a one-off exception, we have designed a rally in a different European metropolis. This is also in view of the fact that the RAID will be celebrating its 25th anniversary a year later," says Bichsel.
And then, of course, it will be Paris's turn again. This exception is also reflected in the name of the 2014 event: "RAID SUISSE-PARIS visits BRUSSELS."
From August 28 to 30, 2014
The start will be on August 28 at the traditional location, Messe Basel. Then it's off through the Black Forest to Strasbourg, on via Longwy to Liège (Liège) and finally to Brussels on August 30.
The Relax category will also be introduced at the upcoming RAID. This is intended for riders who want to enjoy the RAID as a purely touristic ride without any sporting tests.
