On 30 June 2013, the classic car performance day "1st GP Furttal" will take place in Dänikon/Hüttikon, organized by an association founded especially for this purpose in Hüttikon.
The GP Furttal is a one-day performance demonstration of historic racing and sports vehicles. The event takes place on a "circuit" with a neutral zone for the classification of the vehicles on each lap.
The vehicles are divided into performance groups and are driven around the circuit up to five times in four fields, which equates to up to 75 minutes of real driving time per car. So spectators as well as participants will get their money's worth.
The route with two right-hand bends and otherwise slight bends is approx. 2.25 km long.
The field of participants is impressive, with over 140 vehicles ranging from pre-war sports cars to modern-day formula racing cars on the starting grid and, after the GP Brugger Schachen and the Lenzerheide Motor Classics, will once again provide a racing atmosphere and the right soundscape.
The spectator areas and the paddock at Industrie Dänikon are freely accessible. The organizer does not charge an entrance fee.
