Once again this year, countless historic racing cars will conquer the open Oerlikon racetrack and provide fun and excitement for spectators at the 13th Indianapolis on July 21, 2015.
Racing cars on the velodrome
Cyclists normally compete on the oval race track in the north of Zurich, but once a year vehicles are also allowed to show off and prove themselves on it.
This classic car event has been attracting a great deal of interest for years, as spectators rarely get this close to the old cars.
In groups of five to ten vehicles, the racing cars from different eras are released onto the oval racetrack to complete their laps.

The 13th Indianapolis in Oerlikon starts at 4 pm. Admission for adults is CHF 10, children and young people up to 16 are free. The alternative date in case of bad weather is July 23, 2015.
