Together with insurer Belmot, the RAID organization is launching a new rally called "Belmot RAID Suisse", which will take place for the first time on 21 and 22 May 2022.
From Basel via Grindelwald to Kemptthal
The start is in Basel, the intermediate destination is Interlaken, the overnight stay is in Grindelwald and the rally drive to Motorworld in Kemptthal follows the next day.
This rally can be entered in various categories. Old and youngtimers are admitted. And young participants (up to the age of 35) pay CHF 150 less entry fee in the Young Raiders category.
Discover Switzerland
The rally leads along picturesque and unknown back roads - discovering or rediscovering Switzerland is the declared aim of the event.
The new RAID is based on the 32 years of experience of the RAID organization (Basel).
Exciting routes, numerous tests and impeccable organization are part of every RAID. For the first time, participants can choose whether they want to book the event with hotel accommodation or choose their own place to sleep.
Classic regularity rally
The route is based on a road book; the aim is to reach a specified destination as regularly as possible and to pass through secret and open controls. This RAID is also a classic regularity rally, with everything that goes with it, but of course not a race: The main criteria are regularity and precise driving.
