The internationally renowned Arosa ClassicCar hill climb makes every racing driver's heart beat faster: a 7.3-kilometre route with 76 bends and an altitude difference of 422 meters from Langwies to the center of Arosa. The unique race track is the only hill climb in Switzerland with a downhill section of 1.2 kilometers.
Register now
Enthusiastic racing drivers and classic car enthusiasts can now register for the invitational race from September 3 to 6, 2020 in the categories Competition & Competition Formula, Uniformity (Classic & Sport Trophy) or Demonstration Class (Alpine Performance). The invitation is now also available in English and therefore appeals to an international field of drivers.
Even though the current situation surrounding the containment of the coronavirus has brought many events in Switzerland and around the world to their knees, the organizing committee of the Arosa ClassicCar is going full throttle and is putting its heart and soul into the preparations.
The organizers are aware of the current situation, but life should and must go on. They are also trying to address the fears of classic car drivers: "If the situation surrounding the COVID-19 disease does not improve and we would also be forced to cancel the Arosa ClassicCar in the summer, we will refund the entire amount of the entry fee paid."
New logo and new partner
In addition to a new logo, the organizing committee around OC President Markus Markwalder is looking forward to the new car partner Porsche. With Porsche (new) and the traditional luxury watch manufacturer IWC (since 2017), partners and sponsors have been found who will bring a breath of fresh air to the event. This year, the Arosa ClassicCar once again boasts quality and a high level of commitment to classic car racing.
Further information about the event can be found on the Arosa ClassicCar website.
