For the first time, Broad Arrow Auctions will be holding an auction in Belgium on October 10, 2025 on the occasion of the Zoute Grand Prix. There will be 79 vehicles on offer, including a motorcycle, a tricycle and a children's car.
The total value of the vehicles was put at EUR 42.1 million, which means that around EUR 533,000 is expected per vehicle.
On average, the vehicles are 41 years old and a third will go under the hammer without a reserve price.
Ferrari, Porsche and the others
With 37 vehicles, Ferrari (21 cars) and Porsche (16) make up almost half of the offer. With an average age of 29 years, the Porsches represented are slightly younger than the Ferraris, which are 39 years old.
The two dominant brands are followed by Aston Martin (5 vehicles), Alfa Romeo, Maserati and Mercedes-Benz with four cars each.
At the other end of the spectrum are brands that have long since disappeared, such as Frazer Nash, Arnolt-Bristol and Osca.
Younger super sports cars
The "Aleggria Collection" includes carefully assembled super sports cars from the nineties and beyond.
One of the highlights of the auction will be a Ferrari F40 from 1990, which has only run just over 10,000 km and is now expected to go for EUR 3 to 3.2 million.
A Porsche 959 Komfort from 1987 in a rare color scheme is offered for EUR 1.7 to 1.9 million.
And for a 1992 Bugatti EB110 GT with only 8208 km on the clock, the specialists at Broad Arrow have estimated a value of EUR 1.5 to 1.8 million.
These 30-year-old super sports cars are complemented by more recent "successors", including an ASton Martin Valkyrie from 2023, which comes from the collection of Daniel Ricciardo and is now looking for a new owner for EUR 2.4 to 2.8 million.
Racing cars with history
Zoute has an extensive selection of former racing and rally cars.
One example is the BMW 3.0 CSL in Group 2 specification, which won the 24 Hours of Spa in 1976. The estimate here is EUR 500,000 to 600,000.
A Lancia Stratos in Group 4 design from 1976 with a racing history is expected to be similarly expensive. Around EUR 600,000 to 800,000 must be invested in it.
The Lancia Delta HF Integrale 8V Martini Lancia Works "Safari" Group A from 1989 would be a little cheaper, here EUR 300,000 to 400,000 is enough.
Almost a bargain for a Group B car would be the Citroën BX 4TC from 1985, which was estimated at EUR 100,000 to 150,000 and will go under the hammer without a reserve price.
Slightly ahead of Group B, it was the Fiat 131 Abarth that dominated the rally action. Broad Arrow is to broker a factory Group 4 version from 1976, which was used in the 1977 WRC, for EUR 320,000 to 380,000.
The Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona Competizione from 1970 is likely to be considerably more expensive. The car was converted from a road car to Competizione standard in the mid-1970s in order to take part in the Tour de Corse. Now EUR 800,000 to 1 million is to be exchanged for the Ferrari.
Many super classics
Of course, there is no shortage of super classics in Zoute.
Perhaps the most prominent of these is a Ferrari 275 GTB/4 from 1967, which is looking for a new garage for EUR 2.7 to 3.2 million.
Other classic Ferraris such as the 330 GTC, 365 GTB/4 Daytona "Plexi" or 330 GTC should also be mentioned.
Three Testarossa from 1985, 1988 and 1991 also go under the hammer for EUR 120,000 to 200,000.
Also on offer are a Maserati Ghibli 4.9 SS from 1969 (EUR 200,000 to 300,000) and a unique Khamsin with T-top from 1977 (EUR 175,000 to 225,000).
There is also a Maserati 3500 GT Vignale Spyder from 1960 (EUR 350,000 to 450,000).
Of course, there are also many super classics among the Porsche sports cars. These include a 911 Turbo from 1975 (EUR 250,000 to 300,000), a 356 B Roadster from 1962 (EUR 250,000 to 350,000) or the 914/6 from 1971 (EUR 70,000 to 90,000 with no reserve).
A Carrera GT from 2005 (EUR 1.35 to 1.55 million) and a 911 Carrera RS from 1995 (EUR 300,000 to 350,000) are also on offer.
And a Mercedes-Benz 300 SL is not missing either; it will go under the hammer as a roadster from 1961 for EUR 1.1 to 1.4 million.
Of course, the AC Ace Bristol from 1958 is also one of the super classics; the example on offer was estimated at EUR 225,000 to 275,000.
Some exotics and rarities
The most exotic car in the auction is perhaps the Lamborghini Pregunta Concept from 1998.
This one-off was designed almost simultaneously on the basis of the Diablo when Volkswagen took over the sports car manufacturer.
The design is said to be influenced by the French Dassault Rafale jet fighter. The prototype is now expected to cost EUR 2.5 to 3.5 million.
Among the rarities are certainly the two Frazer Nash, in particular the TT Replica from 1938, which is called a "replica" but was in principle a successful racing model built by the factory. Estimates range from EUR 175,000 to 225,000, with no minimum price required.
The OSCA 1600 GT2 convertible by Fissore from 1963 is also super rare, with an estimated value of EUR 200,000 to 300,000.
The Abarth Boano 207 A from 1955, with an estimate of EUR 250,000 to 350,000, goes in a similar direction.
Just as rare as the Abarth is the Anrolt-Bristol Bolide from 1954, which is expected to pass into new hands for EUR 250,000 to 350,000.
