On Saturday, 5 September 2015, Bonhams will be organizing an auction of hand-picked classic cars for the first time on the occasion of the second edition of the Concours d'Elégance "Chantilly Arts & Elégance" .
The Chantilly Art & Elégance event attracted the classic car scene to the Paris region for the first time in 2014 and attracted around 10,000 spectators.
"We are delighted to announce this new and additional auction at the Château de Chantilly estate. This event fits perfectly into our auction calendar and is sure to be well received by our European clients, says Philip Kantor, responsible for Bonhams' car business in Europe.
"The idea is to organize a special auction with a salon atmosphere and tuxedo dress code, where a very limited number (e.g. 30) of rare and valuable cars will go under the hammer."
It will be interesting to see which treasures Bonhams will once again put together for this new auction.
