As always, the fortieth edition of the 1000 Miglia will start and finish in Brescia. You can secure one of the coveted starting places from November 4 and the closing date for entries is January 14, 2022. As the topic of sustainability is becoming increasingly important, the 1000 Miglia Green, in which vehicles with alternative drive systems tackle the same route, will be held for the third time alongside the traditional rally.
As part of the Auto e Moto d'Epoca in Padua, 1000 Miglia is also announcing the dates of the second Coppa delle Alpi. From March 9 - 12, 2022, classic cars will battle their way over Italian, Swiss and Austrian passes in a regularity drive.
1000 Miglia is also organizing two other events in 2022 that are not based in Lombardy, but are just as challenging for the participants. The 1000 Miglia Experience UAE Jubilee Edition will take place from February 20 - 24. After starting in Dubai, 100 selected classic and modern sports cars will drive through all seven emirates within five days and reach their destination in Abu Dhabi.
With the Sorrento Roads by 1000 Miglia, further territories away from the historic route have been opened up. Over three days, the scenic, cultural and gastronomic delights of the region are explored in the Gulf of Sorrento.
Full details of the above events will be announced at the Auto e Moto d'Epoca classic car fair in Padua in Pavilion 15. There you will also have the opportunity to sign the application for the 1000 Miglia to become a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
In order to participate in the 1000 Miglia, a vehicle must be registered in the Registro 1000 Miglia. Information on registering a historic vehicle or renewing the entry can also be obtained at the stand.
