Summary
The 34th Geneva Motor Show in 1964 was the most successful show in history. Although there was a lack of sensational innovations, the interest of visitors was unbroken. And with vehicles such as the Ferrari 500 Superfast, the ATS 2500 GT/GTS and the Lamborghini 350 GT, there was plenty on offer. This report looks back at the 1964 Geneva Motor Show and shows what was on display from the perspective of a fictitious visitor at the time. Around 240 pictures show most of the exhibits on previously unpublished material.

Cointrin airport was also a hive of activity, with many visitors obviously arriving on private planes. At the time, the press called it a boring show because there were comparatively few sensations and hardly any new products to admire.
