Although the exterior of the large Ford model only changed in terms of the trim, the revision from March onwards brought many other improvements: From more extensive basic equipment and new instruments to a more refined seating position and suspension set-up. We first tested the Granada 75 with the 2.0/90 hp V6 engine. Did the utility value increase? The new model name Consul, introduced in March 1972, was also dropped during the regrouping; since March 1975, the large Ford models with engine outputs from 70 to 138 hp have been uniformly called Granada. As usual, there is a range of equipment variants: Normal model and L (both from 70 hp), GL from 90 hp and Ghia from 108 hp.
