The blue and white offspring from the Isar is a sports coupé with the characteristics of a luxury saloon. The big question: How well did this compromise work? Its 'fathers' put comfort before sport. Hundreds of thousands of people admired it at the motor shows in Frankfurt, Paris, London and Turin, our test car, which we had 'somewhat outside the law' between London and Turin. Of course, there was a particular reason for this haste, because since our first publication, the discussions with our readers have continued unabated, the tenor of which usually culminates in the fact that we have given the new coupé from Munich a little too much advance praise. Well, it's hard to argue if you haven't driven the car in all gears yourself.
