On September 3, 2022, Gooding & Co is putting 38 cars (and two engines) under the hammer in London. On average, the cars are expected to cost almost £ 900’000, with a third being offered without a reserve price. Kugel-Blitz - Photos of previously unknown Opel van emerge
At an auction, Opel Classic employees discover eight unknown photos of an Opel delivery van from the 1930s. At that time, however, all versions of the "Blitz" ühad a classic body with a long hood and adjoining driver's cab. The previously unöpublished photo set now proves: Opel had also developed a production-ready van with a front-wheel-drive design at this time.
