In his long career, racing driver Willi Kaussen (better known by the spelling Willi Kauhsen) has experienced pretty much everything that can be squeezed into a life dedicated to motorsport: He turned the Porsche 917 into a winning car in thousands of test laps in Weissach, earned millions as a racing driver and team boss, and also burned it off again in a short but intense Formula 1 adventure.
