Peugeot 202 celebrates its 75th anniversary. Peugeot will be flying the flag impressively at Retro Classics Stuttgart. The German Peugeot Pre-War Register and the Peugeot 504 Coupé-Cabrio-Club e.V. will be represented at the most important classic car trade fair in southern Germany with the support of the Amicale Peugeot Deutschland, the umbrella organization of German Peugeot classic car clubs.
At the gallery in the L-Bank Forum (Hall 1) of the exhibition grounds (Stand 1Z103), the German Peugeot Pre-War Register will be dedicated to the theme of "75 Years of the Peugeot 202". The register presents exclusively vehicles from club members from the 1930s and 1940s: a 202 Cabriolet from 1938 and two 202 UH Camionettes from 1947 and 1948 are among the exhibits. In addition, a 402 saloon from 1937 rounds off the range.
Rare Peugeot Eclipse model
The Peugeot 402 Eclipse E2 is a real rarity. The two-seater model of Peugeot's legendary coupé-cabriolet from 1936, of which only three examples are still known worldwide, represents the other exhibition theme "Coupés and convertibles of the lion brand".
This will be complemented by a Peugeot 504 Cabriolet from 1981, with which the Peugeot 504 Coupé-Cabrio-Club e.V. will be presenting itself on the joint stand of the two Peugeot clubs. The Pininfarina design studio was responsible for the timelessly elegant design of this vehicle at the time.
Special exhibition "Austrian classics" postponed
Special exhibition "Austrian classics" is postponed. The Puchs, Steyrs and other forgotten brands will not be presented at the trade fair as planned. Instead, the "Classics from Austria" will be given a special position at Retro Classics meets Baroque (May 31 to June 2) in Ludwigsburg.
