The topic of electromobility is on everyone's lips. This form of propulsion, which has been a permanent hope for the future for 125 years, is seen as a possible way to increase the energy efficiency of road traffic and reduce dependence on oil.
As part of the current special exhibition, the Swiss Museum of Transport is visiting the Pantheon Basel. The exhibition "Unter Strom" is dedicated to the topic of electromobility.
In addition to this exhibition, the "Power Weekend" will take place on June 16 and 17, 2018, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the Pantheon grounds: Virtually the entire range of two- and four-wheeled electric vehicles will be on site - and there will be the opportunity to test drive these e-mobiles.
We also offer rides in the historic electric vehicles Hotelbus Tribelhorn from 1912 and Rauch & Lang 1916.
Children's electric vehicles and an obstacle course are available for younger visitors.
Well worth a visit. More information can be found on the Pantheon Basel website.
