On November 25, 2023, Goodtimer will be auctioning 22 high-quality, inspected and documented classic cars at the "Ampera House" in Schaan in the Principality of Liechtenstein. The offer consists mainly of sports and luxury models from the 1950s to 1970s.
The oldest vehicle on offer is a 1929 Chevrolet A Phaeton with a starting price of 26,000 Swiss francs. The most expensive car in the auction is only eight years younger: a BMW 328 Sportroadster from 1937, for which at least 590,000 francs must be raised.
At 280,000 francs, the entry-level price of the Porsche 356 A Speedster is around half that. The white roadster is a "lady" built in 1956 with a 60 hp engine. The Maserati Indy 4200 from 1972 is one of two Maserati in the catalog. Bidding will start at 75,000 Swiss francs.
Despite the small number of lots, there are several models to choose from. For example, there are two Fiat Nuova 500s and three Jaguar E-Types on offer. One of the curiosities is a convertible saloon based on the Citroën ID 19.
Each vehicle in the Goodtimer auction has been extensively inspected beforehand and the results recorded in a six-page expert report, which can be accessed online.
