This year, Classicbid will once again be represented at Retro Classics® Bavaria at the beginning of December with a large stand and numerous classic cars in Hall 4. Classicbid has been an integral part of the Retro Classics® trade fairs as an exhibitor and organizer of the live auction since 2016. The auction in Nuremberg will take place on Saturday, December 7 at 3 pm in Hall 4. All vehicles will be on display at stand 4-333 at the start of the fair.
Classicbid auction with many highlights
As in previous years, Classicbid is organizing a major live auction on the second day of the trade fair as part of its partnership with Retro Messen GmbH. Thirty-six classic cars and some interesting automobilia will be auctioned off. The vehicle highlights include a Lamborghini Urraco from the 70s, a 1976 Lancia Beta Montecarlo, a very rare Intermeccanica Indra from 1972 and a Porsche 911 GT II built in 2002.
Car like in the movie "Only 60 seconds left"
The steel-grey Ford Mustang Fastback with racing stripes - a replica of the Shelby GT500 "Eleanor" from the movie "Just 60 Seconds" with Nicholas Cage - is certainly a special eye-catcher. The vehicle is owned by Mladen Petric, the former HSV professional.
"Even as a child it was my dream, I had been looking for a car like this for several years in vain and at some point I came across it in America. It quickly became clear to me that the car had to come over to Europe. You could tell that the model was something special when I arrived at the HSV training ground in the car. You can imagine what kind of cars there are in a parking lot like that, but believe me, nobody has been interested in the other cars since that day," says Petric.
The physical well-being is also taken care of
The ClassicX café and restaurant, which is part of the Classicbid Center Rheinhessen, will be serving food and drinks from its own range to visitors at its stand. Classicbid and the ClassicX can be found in the Classicbid Center Rheinhessen in Grolsheim near Bingen. With a total area of 20,000 m², the event location offers small and large groups of up to 200 people countless possibilities for celebrations and conferences. The spacious premises are complemented by 334 parking spaces. Several conference rooms with modern technology are also available.
