The title is "French classic car auction", but in fact only two of the relatively numerous French car brands that have produced automobiles over the last 100 years are represented. They are Citroën (9 vehicles) and Renault (3).
However, if you are interested in cars from these two manufacturers, you may well find interesting examples for sale in the online auction.
Almost all of Citroën's famous classics built between 1930 and 1980 are represented.
We start with a Citroën Traction 11C from 1939 with eight windows, which still needs a little affection. The estimated price is set at EUR 36,500 to 41,000.
The "goddess" is represented by a Citroën DSecial ID 19B from 1969, which appears to have been driven very little with just 25,511 km on the clock. EUR 16'000 to 17'600 are estimated.
A Citroën SM is not missing either. The 1973 coupé is equipped with electronically controlled fuel injection and is expected to cost EUR 44,000 to 48,500.
Of course, the 2CV is not left out, it is even represented three times and there is also an HY.
A Citroën CX from 1985 as a GTI model and with only 89,000 kilometers on the clock, which is expected to fetch EUR 12,250 to 13,500, represents the newer era.
Even more recent is the 1988 BX TRD Turbo from Citroën's Bertone era.
Renault is underrepresented in the comparison, but at least there are two Renault 4s from 1979 and 1989 and a Renault 25 with a six-cylinder engine from 1984 for sale for an expected EUR 5000 to 6000.
More information and many pictures of the individual vehicles can be found on the Catawiki website.
