The motto at Motorworld Village Metzingen on May 11 and 12 is "See, be amazed and celebrate". The 26,000 square meter site of the former "Henning Schmiedetechnik" company is a real eye-catcher thanks to the listed building ensemble with its industrial-historical charm alone. The "Car Rumble" also features unusual and fascinating vehicles. Exhibitors will also be inviting visitors to browse through all aspects of mobility.
New this year is the long party night, to which Motorworld Village Metzingen is inviting visitors on Saturday evening at the "Motorworld Inn" event location on the site. "Mad Guz & the Mojos" from Filderstadt will take to the stage from 6 p.m. with "Rough Rolling Blues", "The Pinstripes" from Ludwigsburg will play rockabilly and Walter Subject from Reutlingen will perform "Rock & Roll & Dance & Dirt". On Sunday, Johnny Trouble will be performing country, spaghetti western, rockabilly, folk and blues from 12 noon to 3 pm.
There is also fun & action for families: children can let off steam on the Motorworld Bobby Car race track and have their faces painted. Tattoo fans have the opportunity to get advice or a spontaneous tattoo at the "Pow Wow" tattoo studio. In addition, "Jack the Ripper" breathes life into the event location "Friedrichs Barber" and offers traditional barbering - men's cuts, shaves and beard care. Culinary delights are provided by various snack stalls offering sweet and savory treats.
Guests arriving by car can leave their vehicle in the area free of charge or park in the parking lot in Paul-Lechler-Straße. Arrival by public transport is also possible without any problems.
For visitors arriving with a camper van or motorhome, Motorworld Village Metzingen is providing a camping parking lot this year (please note: spaces are limited).
