From November 21 to 28, 2025, Bonhams will be auctioning around 50 cars from films and television series as well as some motorcycles and automobilia online from Paris. All lots will be offered without a reserve price. Most of the vehicles are original movie cars, while some are replicas.
The collection comes from the "Movie Cars Central Museum", which is located 45 minutes outside PAris. The man behind it is Franck Galiègue, who obviously wants to explore new themes:
"This museum has been an incredible adventure, but now it's time to move on to new automotive projects. I have spent many years collecting these cars and have had the pleasure of sharing them with enthusiasts from all over Europe. Now it's time to pass them on to movie buffs who want to take on the task of keeping these witnesses to mechanical and cinematic history alive. I look forward to tackling new projects in the future."
The collection includes well-known movie cars such as the Mitsubishi Lancer Evlo II, driven by Paul Walker on the streets of Miami in the 2003 film "2 Fast 2 Furios", with an estimate of EUR 250,000 to 500,000.
