The 39th edition of Auto e Moto d'Epoca in Padua from 20 to 23 October 2022 will certainly feature the Ferrari special show, organized in collaboration with the Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena.The jewels of the Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena at Auto e Moto d'Epoca 2022' showcased - for the first time at the exhibition center in Padua - showcased the craftsmanship, dedication, tradition and innovation of Ferrari to celebrate a timeless legend that continues to renew itself and live on thanks also to the precious certification, maintenance and restoration work carried out by the Ferrari classic car department.
It is the Ferrari 125 S, the first vehicle with the horse emblem, that opens the exhibition. According to Enzo Ferrari, the debut of the 125 S in 1947 on the race track in Piacenza was a "promising failure" due to a defect that forced Franco Cortese to retire. But in the weeks that followed, the car won six out of thirteen races.
The golden age of rallying
The Mauto National Automobile Museum is taking part with the premiere of the exhibition "The Golden Age of Rally", an unprecedented exhibition on the international horizon and a journey through the history of this sporting discipline, focusing on models that won the most important championship races between the 1960s and 1990s: from Montecarlo to the Safari Rally and the 1000 Lakes Rally in Finland to Sanremo. Iconic examples such as the Mini Cooper and the Lancia Stratos, protagonists of now legendary races, are on display.
Special Lancia automobiles
Sandro Munari's victory in 1972, when he won at the wheel of the Lancia Fulvia HF 1600 number 14 together with his co-driver Mario Mannucci in Montecarlo, was certainly legendary. It is precisely this Lancia that will take center stage at the stand of the Italian Classic Car Automobile Club ACI - Storico.
The A112 Abarth will also be on display: a decision made in view of the increasingly younger collector audience, which shows that access to the world of classic car racing requires great passion but only a small financial investment.
The great road motorcycles of the seventies
Incidentally, the new generations of enthusiasts are increasingly represented at Auto e Moto d'Epoca and a sharp increase in the number of youngtimers on display is dedicated to them in particular.
"Supermoto 70" is the title of the exhibition dedicated to the big road motorcycles of the 70s: attractive, powerful, coveted as a status symbol. The large-displacement road motorcycles captured the imagination of the public and the world of cinema, laying the foundations for an entire market segment.
The exhibition, organized together with Veloce Classic London, tells the story of the birth and rise of this phenomenon, paying particular attention to the peak of Japanese motorcycles and the history of the main models produced in Italy and Europe at a time of great expansion of motorcycles.

In addition to the unique and unprecedented exhibitions organized and hosted every year by the classic car show, visitors and collectors from 46 countries around the world have already booked their tickets to be among the first to choose from thousands of classic cars for sale, offered by the best dealers in Europe as well as other collectors.
Auto e Moto d'Epoca is in fact the classic car and spare parts market with the widest range in Europe, able to satisfy almost all requirements and where everyone can find the car or spare part they are looking for.
Among the spare parts, the rare 'new' classic car spare parts are particularly expected: the parts that are still in their original packaging.
The continuity between the past and the future is due to the participation of important car brands that address an audience of enthusiasts at Auto e Moto d'Epoca, highlighting the common thread that unites classic cars with the new models on the market.
Represented this year are, among others: Alpine, Bentley, BMW Motorrad, the Heritage Stellantis brands, Mercedes, McLaren and Morgan.
The Brutus from Sinsheim
Finally, there is still room for a very special specimen: From the Sinsheim Museum of Technology comes the 'monstrous' Brutus: an aircraft engine with 47,000 cc, designed for the bombers of the First World War and mounted on the chassis of a 1907 truck.
The Brutus, which has a power output of 750 hp with chain drive, is not a classic car, but pleasant entertainment for motor enthusiasts, which can 'fly along' at 200 kilometers per hour and thrills visitors with its 'roar', which howls from the halls when the huge engine is started to the delight of the public.
