On May 3, 2015, the Italiauto Italian car meeting will take place for the first time at the St. Urban Monastery. The generous space not only allows for a wide range of vehicles, but also plenty of parking spaces for visitors.
From the former everyday car ...
The Italian Car Meeting has always been known and loved for the fact that not only luxury classics worth millions are honored at this Concours, but also former everyday cars such as the Fiat 500, which even received its own category, or the sedans of the fifties and sixties such as the Fiat 1100 D or the Alfa Romeo Giulia.
... to the super exotic
At the other end of the spectrum are vehicles such as the Fiat-Abarth GT 2000 Perescopia from 1968 or a Zagato Aster from 1972, as well as famous super sports cars such as the De Tomaso Pantera, Maserati Bora or Lamborghini Countach LP 400 S, which will once again provide plenty of excitement.
Separate category for a famous Italian coachbuilder
The Italian coachbuilder and designer Pietro Frua will have his own category dedicated to him in 2015, which impressively demonstrates the breadth of his oeuvre, with cars from the Opel Kadett Coupé from 1964 to the Maserati Kyalami from 1977 with an Italian, but also German, base. A Glas 3000 V8 Coupé is also expected.
Almost 100 cars have entered, the Concorso d'Eleganza will be fiercely contested and the short drive through the area will also bring the magnificent cars closer to the public both visually and acoustically.
The location has already been described in more detail in an earlier announcement.
