The history of the Friends of Nostalgic Cars dates back to 1975. The first meetings took place in Obwalden and were open to all older cars - there was no distinction between vintage and classic cars back then. Then as now, vehicles from the fifties and sixties predominated.
Every year again
The friends of nostalgic cars are looking forward to holding their popular annual meeting in Triengen again in 2025. Vintage vehicles, from cars and tractors to motorcycles, steam trains, double-deckers and a unique atmosphere make this event a worthy end to the season.
The FNA annual meeting at Triengen airfield has now become a permanent fixture in the classic car calendar. The attractive location with its airfield and steam train in the heart of Switzerland offers plenty for young and old to see and experience.
Various food stands and the airfield restaurant invite visitors to enjoy themselves, the Antonov biplane offers sightseeing flights, while the steam train allows a detour to Sursee. In good weather, several hundred vintage cars can be viewed on the grounds. From cars and motorcycles to Pinzgauers and tractors, everything is on display.
