On Sunday, September 15, 2013, starting at 9:00 a.m., the "Historische Verkehrsschau" association will once again be holding its 13th mobile event at the three-country airport in Altenrhein (Switzerland) under the motto "Wheels that move the world".
With brand clubs and Vauxhall as guest of honor
Various classic car clubs, several brand clubs and friends of old motorcycles and tractors are expected to attend. This year's guest of honor is the Vauxhall Club, so you can look forward to seeing unknown and extremely rare English cars from various decades.
Variety is the trump card
The historical traffic show offers an unusually wide variety of colorful vehicles. Free admission for under-17s also includes entry to the Altenrhein Aviation Museum and the flea and classic car spare parts and model market.
The interested public will be offered extraordinary attractions. For example, construction machinery from the old days will be on display and a miniature steam locomotive will regularly take its passengers around the site.
There will be guided tours of the Aviation Museum, which will show what "men in their daring flying machines" could expect back then.
Some guests will even have the opportunity to take to the skies in a helicopter.
Around 700 vehicles and 1000 visitors from Germany and abroad are expected.
Further information can be found on the website of the sponsoring association.
