After 2021, Bonhams once again organized an auction on the occasion of the Audrain Concours on 30 September 2022, at which 44 automobiles from eleven decades went under the hammer in addition to 22 pedal cars and an engine. The most expensive car was a BMW 507 that had been in storage for over 40 years, but the best results in comparison to expectations were achieved by somewhat younger super classics. For the second time, Bonhams organized an auction on the occasion of the Audrain Concours d'Elégance on 30 September 2022, at which 44 automobiles from eleven decades were offered in addition to 22 pedal cars, some of which were sold for the equivalent of full-fledged classics, and a BMW 507 engine (USD 38,175 sales price). The cars, which were on average almost 63 years old, were valued at around USD 8.3 million, 44 percent of which went under the hammer without a reserve price. 80 percent of the cars were sold, with an average bid of 82 percent of the median estimate. On average, USD 197,297 (EUR 201,243 or CHF 195,324) was paid per car sold (including commission).
