Pocket Ferrari from Dingolfing - Goggomobil Isar S35
Summary
In 1959, Glas presented the Goggomobil Isar S35 Coupé on its stand at the IAA. The magazine 'hobby' was given the opportunity to test a pre-production vehicle and was very positive about the small sports car with its good handling. Unfortunately, the Isar S35 never made it into series production, so this test report has a special historical value. This article reproduces the original wording of the test, supplemented by the illustrations from the time.

Until then, master craftsman Zettler, a full-throttle experimenter at the rapidly growing small car factory in Dingolfing, intends to tweak it from front to back. Carburetion, steering geometry, brakes, gear ratios, seating position, equipment details and other points are on his agenda.
