Photo Gallery «Chevrolet Camaro 'Berlinetta' - 'American Way of Driving' also for Europeans»
With the Mustang, the American car manufacturer Ford shocked the entire competition. General Motors and Chrysler also developed cars for the newborn pony car class at lightning speed. At GM, the answer to the Mustang was the Chevrolet Camaro from the fall of 1966. The second generation was presented in 1970, of which almost two million were built by 1981. One of the last second-generation Camaros with "Berlinetta" equipment is the subject of this driving report and is shown in historical and current photo material.
