The BMW 3 Series got off to a good start despite relatively high and now already increased prices. They are simply collectors' cars with a good brand reputation. The term "inclination" in connection with the BMW 320 can also be understood ambiguously, as the 3 Series chassis was discredited due to the varying standard quality. Since the increase in August, a standard BMW 320 costs around DM 16,000. There are respectable competitors in this price range: Audi 100 GL, Alfetta or Ford Granada 2.3 L/S, almost the Mercedes 200. But the typical prospective buyers for this BMW look more at driving performance and handling, less at the space on offer - they also put up with two doors.
