Adventure in the Benz Victoria - long-distance journey over almost 1000 kilometers 130 years ago
Almost a thousand kilometers by car is a real adventure in 1894. Baron Theodor von Liebieg undertakes it. He was the son of a manufacturer from what was then Reichenberg, now Liberec in the Czech Republic, and an early customer of Carl Benz. His vehicle: a Benz Victoria. It was equipped with a pioneering innovation: Ackermann steering.
