After its successful debut last year, the Motorcycle Festival 2024 is entering the next round under the new name Töffträff. From August 31 to September 1, 2024, the grounds of Motorworld Region Zürich will once again be transformed into a playground for all motorcycle enthusiasts.
From the Töffmäss to the Töffträff
Launched last year as Töffmäss, Töffträff 2024 presents itself with a further improved overall concept that places even more emphasis on the community aspect and combines the characteristics of a product fair with the atmosphere of a festival.
Visitors can look forward to a variety of highlights, including various exhibitors of bikes and accessories, test rides of different brands, various live bands on a US school bus stage and, of course, a varied and trendy food and bar offering.
But the core of the event is and remains the bikers, who can ride their own motorcycles into the middle of the festival grounds and thus become part of the great bike exhibition themselves - a place where you can meet old friends and make new ones.
The spectacular setting of Motorworld Region Zürich on the former Maggi site in Kemptthal, between Zurich and Winterthur, directly on the A1 highway and with its own S-Bahn station, is a perfect fit and guarantees an authentic atmosphere.
A celebration of passion
"We are delighted that with the Töffträff we are creating an event that is far more than just a trade fair or a music event. It is a celebration of passion for motorcycles and a platform for exchange among like-minded people," explains the Motorworld organization team around Franziska Friesch.
The Töffträff is firmly in the saddle. "Our focus over the next few years will be on creating a positive and inviting atmosphere at the Kemptthal site, with exciting activities spread throughout the year that will delight all motorcycle enthusiasts. The Töffträff is the centerpiece of this strategy and will continue to be an essential date in the calendar of two-wheeler fans with strong community ties. We are looking forward to making this event a permanent meeting place for all motorcycle enthusiasts and a great atmosphere," Franziska Friesch continues.
Many highlights
There is a lot on offer, for example
- Test rides: various brands offer the opportunity to try out new models.
- Live music all day long: bands and artists will create the right atmosphere on the US Schoolbus stage.
- Exhibitors: Presentation of the latest motorcycles, clothing, biker jewelry and much more.
- Food & Bars: A varied and trendy food offer and cool biker bars provide the right vibe.
- Community meeting: Bikers can ride and park their motorcycles directly in the area. For a small fee of CHF 5, you can become part of the largest bike exhibition in Switzerland
This year, the event area covers 3000 square meters, 1000 square meters more than in 2023, and thus offers even more space for a varied program.
