On Saturday, May 2, 2020, the Concours d'Elégance "Città die Lugano" will be held for the second time. After seven successful years with the "Lions in Classic" regularity drive, a major beauty competition was organized for the first time in 2019.
With its beautiful location on Lake Lugano, the Concours was able to score points from the very first edition, especially as 32 beautiful cars from 15 countries lined up.
Jury and visitors
An expert jury will once again scrutinize the classic cars at the second edition and select the most beautiful and best, which will then be honoured from 15:00.
Of course, the cars will also be available to the many visitors and enthusiasts, and the public is also invited.
For a good cause
The proceeds will not go into private pockets, but will be donated to good causes. In recent years, this has amounted to around CHF 120,000.
Visitors with classic cars who are not taking part in the Concours can still park their cars along the lake in the immediate vicinity of the event, provided there is still space available.
