Few classic car events can look back on such a long history as the Oldtimer Grand Prix Safenwil. This popular event will take place for the 24th time on September 5, 2015 and, as every year, the classic cars and motorcycles will be allowed to drive on a circuit in the Emil Frey grounds.
Seamless parade of Jaguar vehicles
Celebrating 80 years of Jaguar, the Jaguar Drivers' Club Switzerland will be holding a special exhibition of some of the most beautiful and legendary vehicles from the history of the Coventry-based manufacturer, including the S.S. 90 Prototype, XK 120 OTS, C-Type, Lister-Jaguar and the E-Type from the 1961 Geneva Motor Show.
Guest club Austin-Healey
The Safenwil Grand Prix is not reserved for any particular vehicle manufacturer, but a particularly large number of Austin-Healey sports cars are expected in 2015, as the Austin-Healey Club Switzerland is the guest club.
Action all day long
From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., there will be action all day long on the winding circuit and there is a good chance that Safenwil will also have the best weather conditions in 2015, as Peter has almost always been kind in the past.
Register by August 1
You can register for the Oldtimer Grand Prix Safenwil with a car or motorcycle built up to 1965 for a reasonable CHF 25 (per person, including breakfast and lunch, etc.) until August 1, 2015 on the website of the Oldtimer Grand Prix Safenwil.
