The event starts on Friday evening at 7 pm. The Förderfreunde PS.Speicher e. V. will open the weekend with a special program item: a golden VW Beetle will roll into the PS.Halle. Speakers Thomas Küster and Michael Suermann will talk about new beginnings, coincidences and closeness - and about a road trip to Rome. Four countries, six nights, seven refueling stops and lots of anecdotes.
From 10 a.m. on Saturday, around 220 historic vehicles built between 1923 and 1994 will set off on the PS.Speicher rally. Each vehicle brings its own history with it. The PS.Speicher presentation team will bring these stories to the stage and provide exciting insights into the histories of the participating classic cars.
This year's route leads along the Weser to the lunch stop in Bad Karlshafen and back to Einbeck. The Einbeck Automobile Club (EAC in the ADAC) is organizing the special stages together with regional partners. The car dealerships Hermann, Hübner and Siebrecht are once again supporting the rally.
As in the previous year, the rally will end on Einbeck's market square. "We are delighted to actively involve the town center once again - the tour used to end directly at the museum," says Anika Schmitt, Head of Communications at PS.Speicher. Motor journalist and PS.Speicher curator Andy Schwietzer moderates the arrival of the vehicles live.
Program in the Einbeck city centre
Musician Andreas Leinemann will be providing musical entertainment on the market square stage between 10 am and 3 pm. The surrounding restaurants such as Brodhaus, Flores, Dolomiti, MP23 and the coffee roastery as well as Manfred Breitzke's barbecue station will spoil guests with culinary delicacies and invite them to linger. Classic car enthusiasts can obtain exclusive information on historic vehicles at the "Classic-Wheels" stand. "The classic car days are one of the most successful event highlights of the year - the anticipation is growing every day and we are happy to welcome hundreds of visitors to our city center again," says Kay Weseloh, Managing Director of Einbeck Marketing.
Celebrating the drivers' evening and birthday party together
From 7 p.m., the rally participants will meet for the awards ceremony and the drivers' evening.
Afterwards, "John Poppyseed" from Einbeck will invite everyone to dance. The band performs authentic and soulful cover music from the genres of rock, reggae, pop, blues and folk.
The PS.Speicher traditionally celebrates its birthday at the Einbecker Oldtimertage - now in its twelfth year. Admission to the big party is free. If the German national soccer team reaches the last sixteen of this year's World Cup, there will be no public viewing in the courtyard of the PS.Speicher.
Sunday on the move: Classic car parade through Einbeck
Sunday begins at 11 a.m. with the traditional classic car parade through Einbeck. Vehicles built up to 2008 may take part. Einbeck police and volunteer bikers will secure the route. The sponsors Gabriele and Karl-Heinz Rehkopf will lead the parade again in 2026.
PS.Speicher will be selling its supporter pin for five euros on all days of the event. All proceeds go to the PS.Speicher foundation. The pin now enjoys collector status. In this year's design, PS.Speicher has created a sporty and high-contrast combination with the colors "Racing Red" and "Navy Blue".
Craft activity for children
PS.Speicher is also offering a hands-on activity for young vehicle fans in its outdoor area (next to the small wooden house) during the Einbeck Classic Car Days. Whether a self-designed button or magnet, a colored and stamped postcard and a target flag for two euros each or a small racing car, tractor or fire department wooden kit for six euros. The offer is aimed at children from the age of four and takes place on Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. Payment is made on site.
On Saturday and Sunday, the PS.Speicher and the motorcycle, automobile, small car, truck + bus and model vehicle collections will be open from 10 am to 6 pm. PS.Speicher is offering its 1-day ticket for its vehicle worlds at a discounted price of just 34 euros on the Einbecker-Oldtimertage weekend. Public guided tours through the exhibition will take place on Saturday and Sunday at 2 pm, through the "treasure chamber" at 11 am. The 2-day ticket for the exhibition and all collections of the PS.Speicher (except the "Schatzkammer") is also still available. Visitors can also purchase individual tickets on site or book them online with a discount.
